If you are unhappy with any aspect of our services (please remember that our services are not related to insurance cover), please share this information with us. 

When lodging a complaint, please provide the following information:

  •  Company name
  •  E-mail address
  •  Phone number
  • Information about the cause of discontent
  • Expectations as to the manner of handling the complaint
